Speedway Used Motor Spares is a business in the automotive industry that sells new and used automotive parts to the public.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 Day (24 Working hours) and delivery confirmed by way of Courier; Collection is also available in Johannesburg and surrounding areas.
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African customers only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Speedway Used Motor Spares is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Speedway Used Motor Spares will refund the customer in full within 30 days.
Cancellation of orders by the customer will attract a 15 % administration fee if the order has already been paid in full (managers discretion).
All Warranties unless otherwise stipulated remain with the manufacturer of the product.
Any product received by the client after purchase is deemed to be in good working order if Speedway Used Motor Spares is not notified in writing within 48 working hours of receiving the item.
Any item brought to our attention within the said 48 working hour period will be replaced by Speedway Used Motor Spares, if the item is not available or no longer in stock, Speedway Used Motor Spares will allow the customer to substitute the item for replacement, the customer will have to settle any price difference, however shipping will be covered by Speedway Used Motor Spares, alternatively Speedway Used Motor Spares will refund the customer.
5. Customer Privacy policy
Speedway Used Motor Spares shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via the Payfast payment portal.
7. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
8. Responsibility
Speedway Used Motor Spares takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods. However Manufacturer warranties lie with the Manufacturer of the Item
9. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Speedway Used Motor Spares chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
